It's conceivable in today's world. At the World's Crossing Academy, anyone who wants to learn about another species' way of life may enroll in the course of instruction. On your homeworld, you begin your education at the Academy. Onward to the Nexus Academy, located halfway between two planets. Finally, you'll complete your education in the world that you've chosen to inhabit. Exciting.
