In the Goss_IP game, Ted Matisse is a 19-year-old stupid who has his reputation destroyed, and now he has a difficult time at home and school. He puts his computer hacking skills to good use to get even with his teachers, classmates, and anyone else who causes him problems. Along the way, he meets Ivan Romanov, and they strike up a rock-solid friendship. Their friendship leads Ted to meet more people who eventually take part in his exploits.
